Three ways to engage.
Every tier is fixed price, fixed timeline, and project-managed end to end — and every one ends with a written report and a recommendation you can act on.

Not sure which tier fits? That's what the intro call is for. It's free, and there's no obligation.
See how an engagement runs →Our promise
The honest answer, even when it doesn't pay us.
Yes — we also build custom software. Which means you might reasonably wonder whether every audit ends with “hire us to build something.”
It doesn't. Here's our standing commitment:
- If an off-the-shelf product solves your problem, we'll name it and offer to set it up.
- If a custom build is genuinely the right answer, we'll scope it separately — and you're free to take that scope to any developer you want. No obligation, no strings.
- Our recommendations are made on the merits of your systems and your needs. Full stop.
We'd rather earn your trust with an honest audit than win a project with a biased one. The clients who do hire us to build come back because we told them the truth first.
Questions
Before you book.
What access does Cathedral Software need?
Read-only or limited-access roles are sufficient for most systems. You provision credentials, we act as a temporary authorized user, and everything is returned or revoked at the close of the engagement. All work is covered by an NDA.
What if we don't hire Cathedral Software to build anything afterward?
Then the audit did its job. The report and recommendation are yours to act on however you choose — including with another developer. There's no obligation and no penalty.
What happens if access takes a while to set up?
The clock starts when we have access, not when the contract is signed — so setup delays never eat into your engagement time.
Do you do security audits or compliance certification?
Not as part of the standard tiers. Penetration testing, code-level security review, and compliance certification (PCI-DSS, SOC 2) can be separately scoped if needed.
How does payment work?
Survey: 100% on signature. Audit: 50/50. Blueprint: 40/30/30 across milestones. Fixed price — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. We use Stripe for invoicing and payment, and can accept ACH, wire, or credit card.
